Really upset with SCS we bought Lino that was sold to us as suitable for kitchen and dining room. Great service as we purchased. Fitters came in and fitted poor fitting in certain areas but we didn’t complain at this point but when after being down for 8 months the floor started to lift in areas. Called and scs appeared to care. Sent someone to take photos who “blamed fitters” and asked for fitters to rectify. Took several more calls (initiated by ourselves) eventually sent out fitters who I gave to say I have never come across such rude scruffy and unprofessional people. They took a couple of photos and said “not our fault” now escalated to manager who without looking at the floor had taken the unprofessional fitters work that the floor is lifting due to table and chairs being on the floor???? Wait a minute is that not what a floor is for? Funrnture on it? This was sold to us as the perfect flooring for a kitchen and dining room? Can I ask what normally goes in a dining room? I am escalating this to tracing standards I have never had such terrible aftercare. SCS you should hang your head in shame this is disgraceful treatment of customers!
