We ordered a £2000 table and chairs in February 2022. At the time we were told the set would arrive in April. April came and went with no contact from them so we queried it.
Mid May we received an email to say great news, it was in the warehouse and we would receive a call within the next three days to arrange delivery.
48 hours later we received another call to say there had been a few issues and now the table and chairs won't be delivered until the end of August/start of September.
We contacted customer services to query and essentially they'd messed up someone else's order so they gave them our table and chairs!
Mid August we called again for an update and were told that the table and chairs would 100% be in the warehouse ready for distribution on 24th August. It's now the 27th August and we've heard nothing so we've called for further information. We've been told that it's not arrived in their warehouse and they'll send an email to query but they expect to get a response within the next 7 days!
They've offered us £150 off the price of the goods! We're spending £2000 on a table and chairs, do you think we care about the money?! No! All we want is our table and chairs! Where are they SCS?!
