We had a corner sofa delivered but it had wrong feet and other issues.
We had 5 delivery teams over several weeks coming to the house with replacement suites but with same issues. Finally a team arrived with the intention of fixing the suite but thy were sent with the wrong stuff so couldn't do it. The suite caused damage to our laminate flooring and it was agreed we would recieve £300 compensation for this, which we did. Finally we accepted the offer of a refund. The suite was collected leaving us with nothing to sit on. Now SCS are saying that the £300 compensation must come off the money we paid for the suite. Also we were told we had already received a part of the refund too but we have received nothing. No one says they know what is going on and we are minus a suite and short of £4650. We will now go to court if it is not paid soon in full. It has been a complete shambles from start to finish.
