Poor customer service. After care waste of time, wife rang wrong number but was transferred to after care, no answer 50 minutes.
rang further twice same result.
Asked for a call bk twice. Both times called and hung up.
3months old felix 3 seater power and power chair.
Stuck in upright position, there is power to the chair but no operation from buttons.
Even called at local store Drakehouse sheffield. No help there either.
I wish I'd gone to Dfs. 🙄.
Poor customer service when it comes to aftercare.
