Within 4 weeks, cushions had split and the staples that hold the material under neath had come apart.
The sofa had been sat on twice.
Many phone calls later and an incredibly sarcastic and unhelpful male advisor, a refusal of help re repair dates. I have had to go to the ombudsman who has taken on the case. We are now in November 2023 and we have now had our brand new sofa repaired but still no sign of the agreed compensation
