Not worth one star! So to cut a long story short, a survey came out to my property and wrote on this report my carpet is faulty as it has come apart in places, the customer is owned a like for carpet to be replaced as I'm still under warranty, and have only had my carpet down for less then a year! The warranty covers faulty goods as it also states on the government website any faulty products customers are entitled to a replacement or refund. Especially when I'm covered under my warranty, the warranty on scs policy also states this to. But my case with the after care team do not follow the warranty policys nore do they follow any policies! They have refused to give me a replacement a like for like of my carpet. Even when the report started it. And have decided to take it apon themselves to close my case, knowing full well what it states on my report, so I've requested my freedom of information of that report and I'm taking it further. As you can not argue with the report what it states in it. And my rights as a customer under the government act laws and my warranty. Scs seen to take money off you and refuse to handle customer services. If you were to go elsewhere and pay for something that was faulty you are well in your rights to get a refund or exchange. So scs is NO DIFFERENT!!!!
