We tried a sofa at the
Harlow branch with fibre cushions which is exactly what we wanted we were charged an extra £100 and when the sofa arrived it had hard foam cushions on it which apparently what we paid for. Then we were told the foam cushions were on it when we tried it. I may be early 60,s but I'm in no shape or form stupid. They are still denying it. The best thing about the service was the delivery men. Never again our 2nd bad experience. Give them a wide birth.
