Having purchased a 4 seater, three seater and a snuggle chair in italian leather paying well over 3,500 we were advised to take the care plan out against accidentally damage. Three and a half year later, the leather is cracking on one seat, scratch mark and a small scuff mark probably by the hoover. On phoning was told these are not accidents as I didn’t report them when they happened even though I didn’t see them until I was doing a clean care on the furniture. Argued with company, they sent a technician out who sent a report back still no joy but the technician told me that where the leather is cracking and the scratch mark if a de fault in the leather they have used and to gel in Touch with scs. This has now been a week trying to call, voice messenger saying they will phone me back. I ll let you know what happens once someone reply’s if any.
