We have had a scs sofa, swivel chair and puff for 2 years now. The swivel chair snapped off the base and we have paid the necessary fee on Sept 9th but are still waiting.
We were sent the wrong base a few weeks ago and notified aftercare of this but the technician still had to come out weeks later to clarify, yes it was the wrong part.
Many phone calls later and yet again I have not been contacted as promised to find out if the part is still available or to find another solution!
To have a broken chair in the lounge for many weeks now is just ridiculous.
Called yet again a few minutes ago but no one is available due to staff training.
