Very poor communication My chairs and cushions were ordered in August. Should have been delivered on November 1st. Tracking website has been off line for days, as has online chat. Eventually managed to get through to customer services by phone but they could not help with where they are with my order. Just said please wait even longer- maybe a few weeks! I asked for better communication to let me know my order hasn’t been lost or forgotten and regular updates. Scs has poor delivery and poor after sales communication.
