We ordered our Sofa on 25th August from the Worthing Branch In West Sussex, since then we had no communication sofa was due to be delivered on 25th October, we had no communication tried calling the Customer Services Line on many occasions and pressed 1 each time but surprise surprise no one called back, live chat been and also tracking been down for over a week so we drove 17 miles to the branch in Worthing and spoke to Jack who said he was the Store Manager, what a rude unhelpful person he was he said our furniture has been in the warehouse over a week but we had not been contacted, he didnt know why and there was no apology at all. He booked a delivery slot for us on the 18th November but who knows if it will turn up, he did not apologise once and just said he didn't know why we had driven down he said the phone was working it might of rang but like I see from the many bad reviews below no one answers but he was having none of that he was really not prepared to listen. SCS you certainly need to train your Manager in this Store as he was not a nice person at all. The lady we brought the sofa through has now left and I am not surprised at all. We have also emailed saying how disappointed we are but again no response it makes me wonder what is going on at SCS, all they want is your money!!!!!
