Shambles of an organisation, placed an order in September, due for delivery early November, tracked via the website (now took offline it was so bad) numerous calls and told all on track to then find the store had incorrectly placed the order and had cancelled it and reordered two weeks later. Didn’t bother to notify me, tried to say it was an “amendment” no that would be something I change, this was an in store error, and now advised there is no formal process to raise a complaint. All I can advise is avoid this joke of a company
