I ordered two settees on 11th August and I was told these would be delivered on or around the 15th November. It’s now 13th December and I still haven’t received them. That 4 Months I have waited now. I have had one email telling me the system is down so they are unable to contact me and I can’t contact them. This is appalling service and if they are not delivered by Christmas I will cancel this order and I want the money I paid (in good will) as a deposit back.
