Ordered my sofa back in September for delivery 2Nov no delivery , was given date of 3rd Dec-no show, then received a text that it would arrive 4 Dec had a call at 5.45 that the delivery team were stuck in traffic in Torquay. Next day I phoned the sales team to see what was going on and was told my order went back to the distribution centre.On asking where that was , was told it was in Bridgend, half an hour from my address so my question is why was it in Torquay when it was in the distribution centre prior to delivery. Today the sofa arrived at my address but the delivery guys made little attempt to get it through the door before saying it wouldn’t fit (the same size sofa left through the same door) to be honest one of the delivery guys was struggling to lift it and just gave up and I was left having to send it back.On ringing the company I am told I can’t have my money back as I signed the paperwork even after shocking service so I am left with no sofa again. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this firm read all the reviews on this forum, I wish I had before ordering from them, a very expensive mistake!
