DON'T SHOP HERE! SIMPLY THE EORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.. I recently bought my leather sofas from the ScS in Basingstoke and I was so impressed by the service I then bought a dining table and chairs even before my sofas had arrived. I then recommended ScS in Brent Cross to my brother so he could also purchase new sofas for himself, then when it came to notifying him of the delivery date fir his sofas they failed to let hom know in time for him to arrange to be at home and failed on badic customer service skills. I then tried to speak to the floor sales man in the store on behalf of my brother and I tried to explain but the sales man just talked over me and basically told me he couldnt talk to me as I was a third party. He then said he had no interest in which store I had bought my furniture from even though we were returning customers sold on service. This man shoukd NOT BE REPRESENTING Scs in Brent Cross or any other store for that matter. He was extremely rude, uncaring of his position within his employment or us, and he simply has no customer service skills ser. RUDE BEYOND BELIEF and he left me in tears! Please share my review with others so you done experience the same nasty experience. I do hope the CEO of this company and Store Msnager Carl is reading their reviews, and I hope they will in future train all staff better. I guess you cannot teach a person to have a sparking personality when they are just simply rude through and though and dont care about the company they work for! I sincerely hope I don't come across this sales man ever again.
