Scs experience ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH we paid in full don’t know if you take hp contract any better but from our experience they just don’t care took down details incorrectly from start.
Phoned lady from Scs who corrected details but told us delivery date had been delayed by two weeks from what we had been told in store so now would be 13th December.
We told her we had no sofa from original delivery date.
We also told her we would like to go down cancellation route,advised only store management can deal with that.
Yep here we go visited local Kirkcaldy store to tell them we corrected contact details for delivery also told suit wouldn’t be with us until 13th December we want to cancel as we have no suit until this date and we are in our late fifty’s so this is not acceptable.
Yep wait for it yep pass the buck shop manager said don’t know why they told you it was up to me it has to be head office.
I was raging 😡 I requested he phoned from store and sorted it out he refused and said he could only email our complaint to head office.

Got phone call saying we will not get refund full stop basically nothing we or he could do.🤯😡😡
The latest update still waiting as container with our suit hasn’t arrived.
