Ordered sofa in September said delivery would be 27th December then cancelled said 7th January, contacted me yesterday (6th) said further delay it will be in their distribution centre on 9th. Arranged delivery for next week 15th. I won't hold my breath. Never shopped there before never will again. They've got my money. If I could give this review no stars I would. You cannot speak to anyone directly, constantly told call wait is about 400 minutes finally called me back this morning. In the meantime still getting text messages saying delivery drivers on their way. Apparently texts generated before they were told there was a delay so I really didn't know what was happening. Poor and shoddy service. Cannot even phone the store you ordered from. One disappointed and extremely angry customer.
