paid cash 2500 for what they called highest quality leather sofas was delivered to the wrong address. by the time i got it they were unpacked and scratched and damaged after many stressful calls and upholsterer visits got a replacement.The replacement was faulty and began to peel EVERYWHERE in 6 months. After months of phone calls, many visits to scs and arguing with the stuck up managers I was told no refund but can come in and pick other sofas from store for the same amount. went back picked out other 'high quality' leather sofas paid 500 extra. The new sofas have just arrived and I've noticed at least 10 faults 5 major and about 5 or more minor. scs sent upholsterer to check and he has also said they are faulty.3 faulty sofas 2 years of stress 8 days unpaid day off work over the time period dealing with scs upholsterer appointments. now im waiting for scs to contact me. They better have a good offer for me after ALL this. I don't trust them after 3 sofas. I am already in talks with CAB and trading standards.
