Bought an Endurance model leather suite from Scs less than 3 years ago and was advised to buy the 5 year warranty to cover every e ventuallity .when the leather started to peel the insurance company Castelan said it could not be repaired and said it was wear and tear and rejected the claim.I challenged the rejection and they had a change of heart and offered me less than half of the purchase price.Scs sold me a poor quality suite and a worthless warranty.There is no way I can replace the suite with the compensation I have been offered.
