Bought two 2 seater sofas in April from SCS Llanelli
They were delivered on 8th June and on 11th July we reported that the arm was loose and had come away from the main frame.
SCS technician inspected and advised that the sofa frame had not been assembled correctly at the factory.
SCS are refusing to replace sofa as had it 33 days - 3 days outside my right to reject within the law. I have lost confidence in the sofa but they insist on repairing it as the cheaper option for them.
Am I wrong in expecting brand new goods should be delivered in perfect condition and not have to be repaired after a month
