My 95 year old grandmother has recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, this has come on very suddenly and has changed her from someone who was very outgoing and independent into a frail 95yr old lady. It shouldn't be an emotional experience buying a chair however it was today as she was going to buy a rise and recliner something she never felt she would need. I can't thank Mayson at Solihull SCS enough for making this experience a little less frightening for her, he made her feel at ease and listened to what she needed. They had a laugh choosing what she wanted and he bent over backwards to help her. Mayson and the team were fantastic and we'd all like to thank them so much for their help today.
