Their driver dropped a sofa in my garden from a great height, which caused damage to my property and also the sofa. to cut a long story short I refused the delivery and cancelled my order. I raised a complaint which I was fobbed of with excuses for months, to finally be accused by 2 senior management of SCS to be defrauding them to remodel my front garden. I have better things in my life to do than worry about defrauding a slanderous company that accuses their customers.
