We ordered a stipe carpet, the fitting is shocking and I submitted an email and complaint, 4 days later no reply or even an acknowledgement.
The shop don't want to know and aren't interested, there's a massive flaw in the carpet also .
We have never used SCS before and wish had stuck with the normal company we use .
