Everything. Sofa delivered without the matching chair. When the chair did turn up it was a different shade to the sofa. We complained about this then finally accepted that nothing would be done. We then found that the cushioning on the sofa was unevenly distributed meaning that when sitting on an end seat you were forced to lean into the middle seat! We complained. They sent a "technician" who agreed the sofa was faulty. A repair was arranged after several weeks but then the repairer went missing with the company van and equipment. Nothing was done for weeks. We have asked for a refund. Many weeks later after several promises of a"review" SCS have said that there is no problem and that they cannot help. Luckily we have copies of all their correspondence relating to the proposed repair. In the meantime, another fault developed when the zip on the seat cushion burst and cannot be closed. All of the above is merely a summary. We will probably have to go to court to get our money back. Avoid this firm like the plague. They are appalling.
