I bought what is supposed to be one of their top sofas. From incorrect delivery to numerous faults including a broken frame I believe my 3k would of been better spent with their competition. I have given two stars as when I complained they did send an engineer to check the sofa for the faults to be so called fix. That said a 12 month old sofa should not experience a broken frame, bobbling fabric and seats that needed fibre re-adding. I will look to purchase my next sofa from DFS or Sofology next time
