Our sofas were meant to come withon 8-12 weeks after the order was placed. They did, but they didn't fit in the livingroom (too tall, hit the ceiling)when we were guaranteed at the store by the manager that the sofas would fit in any house. We called a dismantler a few weeks later, after keeping the sofas piled on top of eachother in the kitchen for another two months (health and safety hazard) (had to cancel kids' birthday parties) who then opened the packaging up only to find that they were damaged on delivery ( the deliverers were slamming them against the walls of the van and the pavements while bringing them into the house, the leather had torn. He still fitted them into the livingroom for us temporarily as we had had no sofas. We then went there again to place the second order to be delivered. 6-7 months later the sofas still hadn't arrived so we went back, only to find they had lost the order. We cancelled the order and decided not to place another one because we became fed up of SCS and so they came to collect the damaged sofas in return for the refund if money back to us.
