Absolutely terrible service from the start! Like being in a western movie with the cowboys they use there... hidden costs, charges and silly things.
Knocked the price of our carpet up and then hid a fitting fee in there and said it was free.. when the contractor fitters came they expected 160 for fitting we weren’t told about! Shocking..
