Delivered a faulty sofa messed us about for 8 month's and failed to fix the problem, they arrange to send technisions out to fix it who either don't show up or do but say they don't have the parts needed, they have now uplifted the faulty sofa and kept our money, we will now being going to court, we paid cash and expect a cash refund but SCS think they are above the law and insist we take payment on a card, after they agreed in writing to refund us cash, they have took the sofa then refused to refund us
