Furniture was delivered and stains on carpet were left by delivery men, was promised a carpet cleaning kit, never turned up.
Assembled the dining set, one of the chairs was missing the legs and the table wobbled. After being passed around 4 different departments and 7 different people over email / phone, asked to be compensated and was refused. Decided to get the item refunded and therefore collected. I was told my SCS someone would be around on the Saturday that week to pick it up. Waited in all day and no one turned up. After me emailing SCS and calling them twice was given another collection date, have still not received any apology from anyone at SCS for my experience with them. In addition to this they informed me they would be pausing the direct debit payments until this is sorted, upon ringing the credit company they told me they had not heard from SCS at all with the matter. Shocking service and will never be using their company again.
