I have just recently moved in to my first flat and bought carpet for the bedroom from SCS. From the very beginning it has been a disaster. Firstly, the carpet was a 3 week wait to get fitted but I didn’t mind this - when I returned home after the carpet had been done it was the complete opposite of what I had ordered. Cheap, horrible and rough. I got on the phone straight away and had no customer service and was told to bring a sample down as proof it was wrong! After they could see it was the opposite of what I purchased they said they would send out the right one the following week. I waited another week for yet ANOTHER wrong carpet to come. Again receiving no apology and was told I would have to come back down to order a different carpet as I was unable to have refund. This was about my 4th visit. I chose a different carpet and they gave me another two week time slot but to my dismay, this never turned up. I have been waiting over two months now waiting for my carpet and have received nothing by stress from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM SCS. Dealing with incompetent staff from start and it’s not even the end of my horrendous experience!!
