After waiting 8 weeks for my two two seater sofas they final arrived yesterday 24th July 2019.but wasn't the colour i ordered so rang customers team they wanted me to sent a photo of the colour plus a photo of my receipt and batch number through email I said why do i have to sent all these photo to prove it not the colour i ordered why would u say it not the colour u ordered so they said I could use it till they can pick it up and they reorder but I have to have my front window out to get my old sofas out and new one In so why would I pay for some one to take my window out take my old sofas out and put.the new one In and then when they won't to fetch new one back I have to have window out again then I left with no sofas at all so the new ones are still in my garage still in the wrapping it came in waiting for a phone call from them to see when they coming to collect it my be I will charge them storage anyway watch this space to see when they going to deliver my replacement how long I will have to wait
