1 star is generous purchased a corner sofa from dundee branch was completely miss sold the warranty on this, haven been advised that everything was covered from tears to stains fair to say this was a load of rubbish. After having a few repairs done on the sofa during its store warranty as soon as it was out and I am talking weeks if that they are not interested and the extended warranty team(castalan) claim its wear and tear even though this has been on going since we purchased it both parts will not listen to the fact that all the fabric is starting wear away along the seams. This is at a point where nobody even sits as cushions cover it. Shocking quality and shocking service. Trading standards is our bext step.
