Where do I start? They got my name wrong on the information sheet, they then refused to deliver my sofas which we waited almost 4 months for, despite being in the next village (and travelling from up north) due to an in-house error). They didn't have my house number, only the road and because we have them on finance, the driver was "not allowed" to deliver them! We had tipped our old one the night before. We then had to wait another 9 days for them to be delivered. Told we would get out delivery cost back, only after I got angry with them and then told them it wasn't enough so got another £40 out of them (£99 in total). We had to take another day off work due to their incompetence. The customer service I received over the telephone from the Cambridge store was diabolical, and then being told that the authorisation to give me my £99 refund was put on the system on the 16th September, I was not given it till the end of the month after I kept pestering and getting told "someone will call you back"....... you will not be surprised to hear they never did!!!!!
I will NEVER recommend buying from this company ever again and once our finance is paid (which is will be quicker than the 3 years we have it for), we won't ever have anything to do with them again or step foot in one of their shops!
Do your research folks....I wish we had!
