SCS. NEVER take out the £250 insurance. Costs £75 for an engineer to declare it was a manufacturing fault on a 2 year old sofa&chairs. Result to issue- have a broken sofa & 40% voucher for ANOTHER SCS sofa. Will never use or recommend SCS again
