I bought a sofa for my daughter, when we were there buying it, they couldn't have been nicer. The sales persone was named Niall and the store was at Nottingham near IKEA.
The advice from Niall was that the standard seating and the foam up grade were the same in standard, and as long as you pump up the seats they will be fine I asked about doing the upgrade but was told it wasnt needed. We bought the settee and even it was looked after, it was all lumpy within three weeks and nothing could be done. I spoke to Ali who stated he was the manager, I was informed that there was nothing that they can do as I had made my decision when buying the sofa, Ali then said "you sound like a lady who knows about sofas so you should have known better". I am totally outraged to be treated in this way, as I tried to point out that SCS should be looking at the training of there staff, so that customers are not miss sold items of furniture.
I wish I had gone to DFS, as there service is second to none, I hope that others read this, so they dont make the same mistake
