Had a carpet fitted 15th November, it had a snag in it, I sent photos as requested the same day, I heard nothing so called to confirm they had received them and was told they had forwarded the photos to the manufacturer, I have heard nothing since despite numerous emails asking for feedback as no one EVER answers the phone at the so called “aftercare service” so I went back to the shop in Croydon and spoke to the manager, who was very helpful and sent an email to them himself and said he would call me when he heard from them, he hasn't called so they probably haven’t replied to him either. I tried to call him at the store today but it goes through to head office, I told her I was trying to contact the store manager and explained my problem to her, she said she would transfer me which I obviously thought would be to the store manager but no I heard the dreaded automated voice saying you are through to the aftercare service, again no answer. So I will have to go back to the store again. I have never known such appalling customer service and I don’t know how they have the cheek to call themselves an aftercare service. I will never shop with SCS again, I will be going next door to Carpetright for my stair carpet and Laminate flooring for my hallway, so bad luck SCS, you are useless. Take my advice and avoid them like the plague.
