We were given a date for delivery and fit a dining room carpet we cleared the room for that date, had no contact from the fitters as we were promised. We tried ringing the store just impossible, given the runaround so my wife drove in to the store. Sales man rang the fitters they said the carpet was not on the van. He rang the warehouse the carpet was there, and a promise
to fit next day. Yes the fitters arrived next day, but on fitting the carpet they bent the carpet and put a crease in it. So we have new carpet with a crease across the middle of it very unsightly the old carpet looked better. Having read other comments about SCS.
