Bought my carpet from SCS in Autumn. The fitter turned up late and failed to finish the job. Dispute numerous calls to the flooring aftercare service, I'm still waiting for SCS to resolve my complaints. They don't answer emails and the call centre staff do not keep their promises.
Shame I cannot upload photos on this site. I will not use SCS again. Very disappointed.
