Worst experience ever!
Where do I start?
After promising fitting prior to Christmas, it was finally fitted 11th January by complete cowboys. The carpet on the stairs has been cut too narrow- revealing the pink underlay on either side. SEE PHOTOS!
Not only that, the fitters have damaged by walls, skirting boards and door frames so badly so that a decorator has quoted £500 to repair them. The cowboys even tried to cover up their damage with pollyfiller- hoping we might not notice the damage to our newly glossed woodwork! It’s beyond belief.
After taking in photos of damage to the local store the following day, we have been referred to ‘after sales’ and we are still waiting. We have been promised that it will all be replaced and repaired but 7 weeks later, we are still stuck with horrendously fitted carpet that is shedding daily, popped up door bars (causing a hazard) and damaged walls and woodwork. (We had paid for new door bars but they didn’t even get fitted!)
The after sales team are literally IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. I have now been in touch with trading standards, trying to resolve the issue. Please don’t make the same mistake as us!
