I cancelled and was given a refund to which I don't think was the full price I paid. The sofas in question the back cushions are all misshaped. They sent a so called technician with his magic iron. Fobbed us of with give it a few weeks they will settle down. A month later I complained same problem. Told the problem had been resolved and I had signed his tablet to say I was happy. The screen was blank he said it was just to say he had called. They then sent me an email to say The case is closed. Once case is closed on there behalf you are entitled to take legal action to which I am now pursuing. My advice is do the same do not be fobbed off with stupidity. I will give my name on this post after court case and my final comments hoping it will help others. Finally tell others verbally regarding this company as mainly the older folk don't have access to this site. Together we can win.
