had no satisfaction from scs after sales over a faulty new Lazyboy £1100 leather settee, they didn't want to know, the seat seams were badly mis-aligned by 30mm and they advised "bash the seat squab forward with both fists really had to bring it forwards, the technician who came within the first month did this and the seam moved but just reverted to it's former postion, he did it a second time but the same happened. the advice from him was to keep bashing it, at 75 years of age I haven't got the sort of bash in me to do it as hard as he did.
I pursued the claim for that and a sagging seat filling problem for over 12 months with absolutely no held from SCS, their CEO or Lazyboy, I would certainly never use either of these companies services or buy their products again.
