Was promised scs would uplift damages sofas which I received on the 6th of February this was due to take place the Thursday the week lock down happened but only after I was instructed by my lawyer to inform them they had breached my customer rights and informed them court action would be taken I was informed by scs an arrangement would be made to uplift the goods as soon as the business opened again despite waiting to hear from them I then waited over 2 weeks to go into the kirkcaldy store to see why I had not heard from them about uplift they said they would get back to me that was 2 weeks ago and guess what no further forward. Was told when I visited the store because of coronavirus they couldn't uplift from my home this is utter rubbish as I have just heard from the suppliers of my new sofas they can deliver them to me at a convenient time to myself. So if anyone is thinking of going to scs for furniture I advise them to think carefully as if you have any complaints and try to get through to customer service you better have plenty of time on your hands as 4 months later I am still waiting for them to get back to me. This has in no way any reflect on the staff in the store who have always been helpful but in their own words their hands are tied as far as dealing with complaints That is now all done from their head office which quite fankly is a joke you can't even get through to leave an e mail .this company is a joke and does not deserve you even contemplating giving them your money.
