Ordered a carpet over four weeks ago.was given a delivery date for 17th of july called on the 15th of july to confirm as had taken day off work was told everything was fine it was booked in for the 17th waited all day no carpet called at 4.45 pm after 45 minutes on hold was told my order had been cancelled on the 16th no phone call no email to even let me know.totally not interested in there customers..so went to my local shop for a refund as I paid cash and wanted cash back not put on my card as I was not waiting any longer as I was going to go somewhere else and the manager who asked did I want to re order and then wait another 4 weeks for delivery. As if.and while in the shop waiting for the cash while at 1st was told they never had that kind of cash in the shop total lies as I said I wasn't going anywhere he goes and gets it.while challenging the issue I mentioned his face mask was only covering his mouth not his nose he told me u dont need to have it over your nose and when I replied yes u do his comment was it's ok I'have asthma absolute joke and disrecard for customer safety will never step foot in this shop again .definitely a place to avoid..
