I went to the Staples Corner branch to order a sofa and chair. I should have known when I received a call the next day from the person that I dealt with, asking if I had ordered with them. Amazing that the full amount had been taken from my account but he had forgotten that he'd sold it to me. He was insistent that it would be delivered on a certain day, stressing that I should make sure I was at home. It was 2 months after my order date but I accepted. On the day of delivery, nothing! I call SCS and they say it will be another 3 weeks. Only that I called, I would be waiting, still. I said I was not happy and was told that the branch manager would call mw within 48 hours. 4 days later, no call. I call the branch to be put through to the Sales Manager, who tries to put me through to the person, on te shop floor, who sold me the furniture. They did not want to deal with me at all. I was then put through to someone else, who told me that my delivery would be another 4 weeks later! Not 3, like customer services told me. I told them I was not happy. They said that I could cancel after this time, if I was not happy. So, 3 months and no sofa! Of course I said it wasn't good enough so they said the branch manager would call me back. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIARS. I am telling everyone about my experience. They don't deserve your custom. One star is too much for them. I'm terrified to see what goods I will receive, if I ever do receive them!
