Please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this dishonest company, selling cheap Chinese shoddy goods.
This review is an update from a review I wrote here 2 months ago now, concerning being sold a faulty 3 seater sofa from ScS Staples Corner branch in London.
It is now 4 months since I reported my damaged sofa to ScS and have been given dates for repairs that have not materialised. So many excuses, parts delivered to wrong address, no technicians available from one month to the next. Delay tactics so they don't have to deal with you, hence they keep your money. I have sent many emails now to C.E.O. David Knight, ScS customer service manager and the incompetent repair service company they use called 'Homeserve', all to no avail. I have asked twice for a full refund which has fallen on deaf ears. I will have to fight to get my money back as this company is a complete RIP Off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
