We bought a corner couch and chair both motorised - after 8 months the fabric started to fail and fall apart - spent the last 6 months trying to get some customer service - to no avail They sent an independent technician to inspect who said it was clearly a fabric issue and nothing we had done.He did warn us however that the company would try to blame us and take no responsibility. Several weeks later we were told that it must be miss use Initially offered to recover failing area - then later told they wouldn’t do anything We have been told it is not their fabric at fault . Bear in mind we have still got the previous couch that we used in exactly the same way for 8 years - there isn’t a mark or any wear on this one. We are not overweight as a family - we have our own business so work from 6am till 6 pm - so we do not sit on the couches all day every day . What a waste of £3000 I will be doing my best to protect anyone I come across from having the same misfortune as me. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am still waiting for a manager to ring me back ‘ as promised ‘ but was told it would be 15 working days That was 5 weeks ago Please see Facebook group SCS Sofa and furniture complaints With over 2000 unhappy members
