I would not have even rated them 1 if there was a choice of 1 or minus. They don't inform customer that you are not allowed to cancel your order and they don't verbally or give you written figure of the cost ie glides etc. Why would I want glide for stool costing £40 when if can lift it . I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours I was told that I could not because allegedly the manufacturers have started to build the sofa. What a load o bull.
The Manager in Dartford store is rude, abnoxious and a liar.
Had heard how of how many unsatisfied customers there are. Stupidly i was trying to prove them wrong.
Legally you have the right to have 7 or 14 days cooling off period but this is the only way SCS traps customers.
