I am not sure in which world is OK to hang up to a customer the phone while he still speaking.
At first I have reached to a wrong department, so the rep' from LAWM AND GARDEN just hang up on me!
after waiting 40 minutes.
The second time I have reached the right department but when I asked to explain to me what my master coverage benefits are she decided she is not sharing that since its NEGATIVE of me to ask and thank she hang up because I asked for a supervisor .
I am 3 weeks with a fridge that is not working, 3rd party came 5 time they replaced the engine, the fan than the motherboard ... what next? that was my questions.
