Bought at $2000 Speed Queen washer/dryer. Came four days before they said it would -- with two hours notice on the delivery. Dryer was installed using the wrong kind of vent and wouldn't heat up. After about a dozen calls to Sears Marketplace, the appliance vendor, the logistics/installation company, they said they'd send someone to fix it. Guy shows up with no notice while I'm at work. Start all over again. Guys show up outside the four-hour window -- but I hightail it home from work to let them in. They don't have the correct vent either, even though I'd explicitly and repeatedly explained what had been done wrong. NEVER, NEVER again!
