Sears is the worst ever, I brought a refrigerator from them, it took them 4 months before I even received it with numerous follow up calls to them.
After receiving it, it only took 1 year before it went bad, fir it stop making ice, then stopped freezing, they are telling me a technician can't do anything over the phone and warranty already expired. This is the worst, I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase equipment from them.
